Qualified Palmetto Heroes homebuyers must meet SC Housing’s First Time Homebuyer requirements and may receive FHA, VA, USDA or Conventional financing with a competitive interest rate and $12,000 in forgivable down payment assistance. Borrower’s must have an executed sales contact on a home.  Interest Rate is subject to change without notice and funding is limited, so if you’re considering buying a home, don’t wait.
