Payment Options
SC State Housing is committed to our customers; therefore, we have several options in which to make your monthly mortgage payment. We can assist you with an automatic monthly draft, online payments and we also participate in MoneyGram. Please click on the option listed on the right for more detailed information on these choices.
You may also drop your payments at our office. We have a convenient drive up payment box located in front of SC State Housing offices at 300-C Outlet Pointe Boulevard in Columbia. For those making payments in person, please use money orders or cashiers checks rather than cash.
If you are having difficulties making your monthly payment, please don’t hesitate to contact our office for immediate assistance. Our counselors are available to speak with you in order to establish a repayment plan that is acceptable to you, SC State Housing, and the insurer of your mortgage.
