The South Carolina Housing Achievement Awards are presented annually to recognize outstanding contributions in the area of affordable housing for low and moderate income South Carolinians.
The Housing Achievement Award honorees are announced at the annual Palmetto Affordable Housing Forum scheduled for February 17-18, 2010 at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center.
Nominations are now closed.
The Authority is self-sustaining and receives no state appropriation.
We are proud that we have been able to serve our State for three decades and we are committed to our mission.
