Lending Partner training is offered at various locations throughout the state. You are invited to register for any of our two hour classes.

There is no cost to attend the sessions.

Classes include:  Review of program guides, house price limits, income limits;  loan process; question and answer session.

Certified Real Estate Professional Class

Training will be offered at various locations throughout the state. As a SC State Housing Authority Certified Real Estate Professional you will be aware of opportunities that are available for your clients. Upon completion your contact information may be published on our website at your request .

There is no cost to attend the sessions.
 
Classes include:  Review of programs available including down payment assistance; SC State Housing Authority requirements; marketing tips for SC State Housing Authority loans; question and answer session.
