The Forum will be held at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center located at 1101 Lincoln Street (corner of Lincoln and Senate Streets).  The Center offers free parking for Forum attendees in the adjacent parking lot, based on availability. 

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton for the 2010 Palmetto Affordable Housing Forum. This year's conference rate is $92 for single or double occupancy.  Please call the hotel directly at (803) 744-7800 and identify yourself as a Palmetto Affordable Housing attendee.  Deadline for available rooms is January 15, 2010.

Both the Convention Center and hotel are conveniently located in the heart of Columbia’s trendy Congaree Vista.  It is within walking distance of the Columbia Museum of Art, the historic Robert Mills House, Hampton-Preston Mansion, and the Mann-Simons Cottage (the boyhood home of Woodrow Wilson).  The Convention Center is also just a short distance from South Carolina’s State House, Memorial, Finlay, and Riverfront Parks, Riverbanks Zoo, the Koger Center for the Performing Arts, and numerous restaurants and shops.
