State Housing Authority to Hold Housing Trust Fund Workshop - 8/20/2003
The South Carolina State Housing Finance and Development Authority will sponsor a Housing Trust Fund Application Workshop on Thursday, September 18, 2003 at Embassy Suites in Columbia. This workshop will introduce updated manuals and applications, program thresholds, maximum award amounts, submission procedures and other pertinent information for completion of the Housing Trust Fund applications.
The tentative agenda for the workshop includes sessions on emergency repair and owner-occupied rehabilitation, homeownership, rental, and shelter/transitional housing. Representatives of non-profit organizations are invited to attend. The Rental Application session is open to non-profit and for-profit organizations.
Early registration is encouraged to ensure adequate seating and materials. There is no registration fee to attend this workshop.
