State Housing Authority to Hold Housing Trust Fund Workshop - 9/2/2004
[Columbia, SC] The South Carolina State Housing Authority will host a 2004 Housing Trust Fund Application Workshop for Homeownership, Rental, Emergency Repair and Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation on Wednesday, October 6, 2004, from 8:30 a.m. until 4:15 p.m. at the Sheraton Hotel and Conference Center on Bush River Road in Columbia.
The Housing Trust Fund Application workshop will introduce updated manuals and applications, including program threshold requirements, maximum award amounts, submission procedures and other information. Technical assistance with the completion of Housing Trust Fund Applications will be available and application packets will be provided at the workshop.
Representatives of non-profit organizations are welcome to attend all sessions. For-profit organizations are welcome to attend the Rental Application session only. Due to space limitations participation is limited to two persons per organization.
Early registration is encouraged to ensure adequate seating and materials. There is no registration fee to attend this workshop.
