Housing Authority to Sponsor HOME and Trust Fund Workshops - 3/1/2004
[Columbia, SC] The South Carolina State Housing Finance and Development Authority will sponsor a Home Investment Partnership Program (HOME) Application Workshop on Tuesday, March 30, 2004 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and a Housing Trust Fund Application Workshop on Wednesday, March 31, 2004 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. These workshops will be held at the Sheraton Hotel and Conference Center on Bush River Road in Columbia.
The HOME Application workshop will provide technical assistance for completing the HOME application. Representatives of local governments, for-profit and non-profit organizations, Regional Planning Councils (COGs), Community Housing Development Housing Organization (CHDO), and public housing authorities are invited to attend.
The Housing Trust Fund Application workshop will introduce updated manuals and applications, including program threshold requirements, maximum award amounts, submission procedures and other pertinent information for completion of the Housing Trust Fund applications.
There is no registration fee to attend these workshops and early registration is encouraged to ensure adequate seating and materials.
