The Purchasing Department of the South Carolina State Housing Finance and Development Authority operates under the Administration Division. The Purchasing staff is comprised of the Director and a Procurement Specialist.
Customer Service is our first priority. As a servicing department, our goal is to develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with SC State Housing's departments, vendors and state procurement. This department strives to ensure all procurement transactions are conducted in a legal, ethical and professional manner. Doing Business with SC State Housing
Businesses or Individuals desiring to do business with the South Carolina State Housing Finance and Development Authority should provide any company literature of profile describing their product line or services offered. To be established as a registered vendor, please submit a Bidders Application (located on this page under associated documents) along with a completed Form W9. Vendor information and W9 forms must be mailed to the South Carolina State Housing Finance and Development Authority, 300-C Outlet Pointe Blvd., Columbia, SC 29210, or may be faxed to (803) 551-4968.
