Public Notice - Draft PHA 5 Year (2011-2015) & Annual Plan for FY 2011

PUBLIC NOTICE REGARDING

A DRAFT OF THE FIVE YEAR (2011-2015) AND ANNUAL PHA PLAN FOR FISCAL YEAR 2011

The SC State Housing Finance and Development Authority administers the HUD Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program in Clarendon, Colleton, Dorchester, Fairfield, Kershaw, Lee and Lexington counties. In accordance with 24 CFR Part 903, the Authority has published a draft of the Five Year (2011-2015) and Annual PHA Plan for FY 2011 that is available for inspection at the Authority’s office at 300-C Outlet Pointe Boulevard, Columbia, South Carolina from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, with the exception of State holidays. The draft PHA Plan is also available on the Authority’s website at www.schousing.com under “What’s New.” Interested parties may submit written comments by regular mail to SC State Housing Authority, Voucher Program – PHA Plan, 300-C Outlet Pointe Blvd., Columbia, SC 29210, by fax at (803) 551-4900, or email to Section8@schousing.com.

Public review and comment are encouraged during the 45-day comment period which begins January 15, 2010. A Public Hearing to obtain input on the draft of the Five Year (2011-2015) and Annual PHA Plan for FY 2011 will be held March 1, 2010 at the following location:
