Make A Payment
SC Housing is committed to our customers; therefore, we have several options with which to make your monthly mortgage payment. If you are having difficulties making your monthly payment, please contact our office for immediate assistance. Our counselors are available to speak with you in order to establish a repayment plan that is acceptable to you, SC Housing, and the insurer of your mortgage.

SC Housing does not accept cash or credit cards as an option to make a payment.
When making your payment please include your payment coupon to ensure accurate posting.
Mortgage payments are due on the FIRST day of the month. Payments received after the 16th will be subject to late fees. Payments received after the last business day will be reported to the credit bureau as late payments. Payments are not processed on weekends or holidays.
