• Find a foreclosure counselor near you: NeighborWorks America developed a directory called “find a foreclosure counselor” to help homeowners in danger of losing their homes locate a local, HUD-approved counseling agency for free, trusted help.
• Call your mortgage company directly: The access the website for the Hope Hotline - click here HopeHotline, maintained by the HOPE Now Alliance, has a handy search tool to help you get in touch with your mortgage servicer. If your mortgage company is not in the database, you can call 888.995.HOPE (4673) for help with contacting your servicer.
