  • Call your mortgage company directly: The website hopenow.com, maintained by the HOPE Now Alliance, has a handy search tool to help you get in touch with your mortgage servicer. If your mortgage company is not in the database, you can call 888.995.HOPE (4673) for help with contacting your servicer.
