How Developments Are Monitored for Compliance
Small Rental Development Program (SRDP)
Funding for the 2024 SRDP Rental Application cycle may be requested by submitting a Small Rental Development Program Intent to Apply Packet by 5 pm on April 12, 2024. Eligible Applicants must receive an approval of their Intent to Apply Packet prior to a submission of a 2024 SRDP Full Application. The SRDP application submission deadline is July 15, 2024, by 5 pm (EST). Applicants should refer to the SRDP Application Exhibit 1 - Intent to Apply and Full Application Tab Checklists for a complete list of the items that must be submitted.
Anticipated Funding for the 2024 funding cycle:
- HOME Investment Partnership Program $18,492,256 including up to $1,123,358 in set-aside funding for CHDOs
- National Housing Trust Fund Program (NHTF) $5,923,058
- SC Housing Trust Fund Program (HTF) $15,000,000
Previous Participants of the SRDP Program who intend on submitting an Intent to Apply Packet for the 2024 Application Cycle, are required to submit an Exhibit 7-Previous Participation Certification to CommunityDevelopmentPrograms@schousing.com no later than April 2, 2024 at 5:00 pm.
