Currently SC Housing does not offer a refinance program to our borrowers.

Applying for our Homebuyer Program is simple – just contact one of our Participating Lending Partners located in the county you are looking to purchase a home.

If you are looking for a real estate professional trained to work with homebuyers using our program, simply select the county you are looking to purchase a home in for a list of real estate agents who can help you.
